How long does delivery take? Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Are your products Halal? All Shahd products are sourced and processed to the highest quality standards, as is standard for all poultry in Egypt.

How should I store my products? Fresh products should be refrigerated and consumed within 3-4 days. Frozen products should be kept at -18°C and can be stored for up to 3 months.

Can I return a product? If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, contact us immediately on 15287 and we will resolve it.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash on delivery
